  • Delivered two city website rebuilds, leading vendor selection, site organization, content migration, and launch execution.

  • Identified a need for Spanish-language communications and secured support for additional staffing to serve the City’s diverse community better.

  • Centralized social media management by introducing Sprout Social for account oversight, cross-departmental collaboration, publishing approvals, and performance reporting.
